(1) By accessing and using our WI-FI internet access service, you declare that you have read, understood and accept the terms and conditions for its use. If you do not agree with this rule, you will not be able to access this service.

(2) The use of our WI-FI internet access service is intended solely and exclusively for our guests.

(3) You accept and acknowledge that you are aware of the potential risks of handling sensitive information through public Wi-Fi internet access services such as the one we offer and acknowledge that it is your responsibility to take due care when transmitting sensible data such as: credit card number, passwords or other sensitive personal information through it. Playa Del Oeste, S.A. cannot and does not guarantee the privacy and security of your data and communications when using this service.

(4) The quality of the service is subject to our technical capabilities as well as those of our suppliers, so the level of operation of the WI-FI network cannot be guaranteed. The service may not be available or be limited at any time and for any reason, including maintenance operations, emergencies, connection loading, link failure, network equipment problems, interference or signal strength. Playa Del Oeste, S.A., is not responsible for data, messages or pages lost, not saved or delays due to interruptions or performance problems with the service.

(5) Playa Del Oeste, S.A., reserves the right to establish limits of use, suspend service or block certain behaviors, access to certain services or domains to protect its customers and our establishment of possible fraud or activities that threaten the national or international laws.

(6) The WI-FI network may NOT be used for the following purposes:

Transmission of fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, offensive or vandalism, insulting or harassing content, be it material or messages.

Intercept, collect or store data about third parties without their knowledge or consent. Scan or test the vulnerability of computers, systems or network segments. Send unsolicited messages (spam), viruses, or internal or external attacks to the network of Playa Del Oeste, S.A..

Obtain unauthorized access to equipment, systems or programs both inside and outside the network. Nor can you use the WI-FI service to obtain, manipulate and share any file without having the intellectual property rights.

Transmit, copy and / or download any material that violates any law. This includes among others: copyrighted material, child pornography, threatening or obscene material, or material protected by trade secret or patents.

Damage equipment, computer systems or networks and / or disturb the normal operation of the network. Be used for profit, commercial or illegal activities, for example hacking. Be used to create and / or infect it with computer viruses or malware on the network.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you declare that you have read and understood them and that you are therefore knowledgeable of the policies and standards established by Playa Del Oeste, S.A.. Likewise, you declare to agree to comply with the above guidelines and understand that the Failure to comply with them may result in the blocking of your rights to use the service and assume legal sanctions if applicable.
